Meal delivery takes place on Tuesday mornings with some flexibility. Deliveries can be made to your home or office. Payment is accepted by cash, cheque, interac or paypal.

Most people use the service for lunch, dinners or snacks during the busy work week. Reheating instructions are provided with each delivery. When you are finished with the meals, simply rinse the reusable containers. Old containers will be picked up at the time of next delivery to be washed and sterilized.
